How do I apply for a garage sale permit?
Garage sale permits are available in the city clerk's office. You must have a permit before the sale starts. Permits cost $5 and are good for 5 consecutive days. Garage sales are allowed at an address twice during a calendar year.

How do I submit a public information request?
Public information requests should be submitted to the city clerk's office in writing. A form is available on the website, but is not required. Requests must be specific and detail the information requested.

When are city elections held?
City elections are held the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each year. The Mayor and two council members serve at large and four council members serve specific districts. Council members are voted on at large by all citizens. Terms are for three years.
