Overview
The Historical Preservation Board protects and promotes the City of Sherman's Heritage Row Historical District (300-1300 Blocks of South Crockett Street) through preservation of the historic or architecturally worthy houses and other buildings located within the district. Its preservation responsibilities include issuing Certificate of Appropriateness for proposed changes to historic properties.
