Payment Plans
Contact the Court office at 903-892-7295 to make sure you qualify for a payment plan.
Payment plans require $100 down, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Court based on your financial situation. Senior citizens and juveniles may start a payment plan with $50 down. Juveniles must also be accompanied by a parent or guardian to start a payment plan AFTER A COURT APPEARANCE.
Two types of Payment Plans are available:
1. Thirty (30) day payment plan. Entire balance is paid within 30 days of signing your payment agreement.
2. Over thirty (30) day payment plan. Payments can be made on a monthly basis. Pursuant to Texas state law, any payment plan that exceeds thirty (30) days is subject to a fifteen ($15.00) state time payment fee per violation.
If you are unable to pay the minimum monthly payment, you must call to be added to the Court docket to appear before the Judge to discuss other options.

You then have ten days to make your initial payment online, by phone, or we will process any payment included with mailed application, unless other arrangements have been made with the Court.
PLEASE NOTE: Per the Sherman Municipal Court Judge, the payment plan procedure, including payment, must be completed before your court date. If process is not completed a failure to appear may be issued and fines will be maxed.
When paying online via The Payment Group, you MUST click EDIT to enter the correct amount of your down payment and/or monthly payment amount. The Payment Group option is not available for offenses that occurred as a juvenile.
Do not subtract the processing fee from the amount of your payment to the Court. That fee is in addition to the Court payment.
