You can expect an engaging, fun, supportive and challenging atmosphere in class. ATS is a low-impact weight bearing form of exercise that works with the body's natural inclinations to strengthen and condition the body. Using both slow movements and fast steps, we will have you dancing in your first class! This class has plenty of review built in; therefore, you may drop in at any time. Students should wear yoga pants and a comfortable tee shirt.
