PRIDE & Library
The City of Sherman has two donation programs PRIDE and Library. Those enrolled are billed a $1.00 donation per program on their monthly utility statement. You may enroll by checking the box on your payment coupon or by accessing your
utility account online and submitting the appropriate service request. Donations fund the following services:
PRIDE
Parks and recreation improvement drug enforcement
- Help keep our parks modern, safe and enjoyable. Contributions aid every park in Sherman.
- Improvement drug enforcement – help fund the purchase of high-tech radios that prevent drug dealers from listening to an officer’s radio transmissions. Donations also help fund expenses for police dogs and undercover operations that provide hard evidence needed to convict drug dealers.
Library
Library donations help support the purchase of publications, references and books.
