Plat Fees

Preliminary Plat
 $350 + $5.00 per lot or $5.00 per acre, whichever is greater
Final Plat
 $350 + $5.00 per lot or $5.00 per acre, whichever is greater
Replat $350 + $5.00 per lot or $5.00 per acre, whichever is greater

Civil Review and Inspection Fees

Civil Review, Inspection and Testing Fee – Residential Subdivision *
 $3,000 per acre or $1,000 per lot, whichever is greater, with a minimum fee of $3,000
Civil Review, Inspection and Testing Fee – Commercial or Multi-Family  Pad Site * $1,500 per acre or $4,000 per lot, whichever is greater
Grading Permit Fee $150.00
Right-of-Way Permit Fee $50.00
Right-of-Way Reinspection Fee $50.00
Work Prior to Permit Issuance (in addition to permit fees)
$250.00

* Half (50%) of the civil review and inspection fee due upon first submittal of civil drawings

Third-Party Review and Inspections -  For new infrastructure construction projects, the City Engineer may require a third-party inspector to provide plan review, testing and/or inspection services. If so required by the City Engineer, the applicant shall pay the City an amount equal to the third-party contractor’s fee.
