Signs are regulated within the City of Sherman to promote health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare and to ensure that signs are compatible with adjacent uses without creating confusion, or unsightliness.
When Permits Are Required

Signs are not permitted in any public rights-of-way in the City of Sherman
Banners, pennants, searchlights or other wind-driven signs are prohibited
