Responsibilities
The Human Resources Department is responsible for:
- Administration of all employee group benefit plans
- Administration of all position classification and compensation plans
- Assisting all operating departments with their human resources related needs
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Maintenance of employee personnel records
