Current development projects are approved through the.Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustments as well as the City Council. All Zoning, Specific Use Permits, Temporary Use Permits, Site Plans, Variances/Exceptions and Platting requests are processed and forwarded to the board for review.
Land Use and Zoning Changes
