Every Monday from September 16 through November 4, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for babies, birth to sturdy walkers, around 18 months, and a caregiver. We will meet in the Storytime room next to the Toddler Hall.
Come and enjoy a sweet time with your baby! Baby and Me offers your child and you a lot of time for cuddling, singing, and rhyming. Everything we do is designed for our youngest learners and you!
Tuesday and Wednesday 10-10:45 AM (18 months - 5 yrs)
Every Tuesday and Wednesday from September 17 through November 6, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. for children ages 18 months to 5 years old and a caregiver. We will meet in the Storytime room next to the Toddler Hall.
Our Storytime is full of books, music, puppets and fingerplays. Kids earn a new paperback every 4th week. Older and younger children are welcome to attend; however, the free books are reserved for children ages 18 months-5 years old.
For kids ages 9-12. Please sign up beforehand!
Every 2nd and 4th Thursday, 4:15 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Dates: September 12 & 26, October 10 & 24, November 14, and December 12, 2019.

Kids ages 6-8 can come and learn to read music and how to play the violin. There is no cost for this program, but space is limited and reservations are required. Sign-ups for Fall Sonata are September 3, starting at 9 AM sharp, and spaces fill up quickly. SPLAT! Sherman Public Library Advisory Teens
Teens ages 12 - 18 are invited to join SPLAT. Talk about books, help choose materials for the library, plan teen programs and more. SPLAT meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month from 5:00pm to 5:45pm.
All SPLAT! members are required to fill out an application form. You can download the application here or come to the library to pick up a copy.
D&D and Board Game Night
We have D&D and Board Games Nights at the Sherman Public Library booked through the end of May! Come play Dungeons and Dragons and board games with Texoma Nerds on these dates (each one is a Thursday, and game play is from 5:00-7:30pm): April 4, April 18, May 2, May 16 and May 30!
Brown Bag Lunch at the Library
Bring your lunch to the library and learn about world travel with us! Each week a video featuring with travel expert Rick Steves will be shown. Wednesdays from noon-1PM throughout June.
