This Adaptive Yoga class, taught by William Breithaupt, will introduce you to the physical aspects of yoga in a gentle and intelligent manor. Moves will be taught with students sitting in a chair. Variations will be introduced that will allow the student to combine what movements work best for them and apply to their own practice. The physical aspects of yoga include bodily postures (asanas) deep relaxation, breath control (pranayama), cleansing processes and mental concentration. These will help create a supple and relaxed body and much more.
