Here to serve, the Customer & Utility Services Department provides the citizens of Sherman with prompt and courteous customer service while maintaining an accurate and efficient billing system.

  • Important Information for Online & Phone Payment Customers: Effective 4/15/17, the maximum amount allowed for credit card payments made online and/or over the phone will be $1,000. For payments exceeding this amount, please refer to Payment Options for a complete listing of available options.
  • Quick Pay option - paying your bill is quick and easy, no registration needed. Simply enter your utility account number and last payment amount.
  • Enroll in our Bank Draft or Credit Card Draft program for FREE automated/recurring payments!
  • Pay your bill online and access account information 24/7!
  • Pay your bill over the phone and access recent account history 24/7.

    By calling 1-877-631-7798 and entering the utility account number and street number from the service address, customers may access up-to-date account information in English or Spanish. ATTENTION Phone Payment Customers: Our phone payment system has been upgraded. Some of the information you are required to enter changed slightly. Please listen carefully to the prompts to successfully complete your payment.
