Skating for Fitness

Skating is the perfect form of exercise and fun. Lindsey Manley, a former Roller Derby skater is here to teach you all the basics and to be your coach in skating for fitness. Her class uses different techniques to work out your entire body. Through this class you will learn proper techniques for falling and gliding. This class is free for everyone, but you must provide your own quad skates (no inline), pads, and helmet.
