Eat Smart, Live Strong

This program, brought to us through the AgriLife Extension Service, is designed to improve fruit and vegetable consumption and physical activity among seniors. The group of four week sessions, one held each month, will promote better nutrition skills and physical fitness to help seniors adopt better behaviors that help delay and prevent effects of diet-related disease or illness. Activities include self-assessment tools to assist participants in achieving eating and physical activity goals and simple exercises.

First class session is Thursday, March 30, 5;30 pm and registration is required.

Register in the Center office by Friday, March 24.
