12 Weeks to a Healthier You

Paula Bennett, a Wellness Coordinator, will teach you how to be a healthier you! This is not a program that will help you loose weight, and then forget about you. The tips and tricks that you learn in this class will be useful for a lifetime of health. Each week focuses on a different subject to make you better! Through these 12 weeks you will learn strategies like a personalized plan for success, why it's not just about what you eat, common causes of craving and how to tame them,  how stress and sleep issues can be sabotaging your goals, and more!
